Spring into renewal

The temperatures are rising, flowers are in bloom, and the energy of spring is buzzing all around us! And you know what that means? Time for an energetic shakeup at home!

I love the possibilities that come with swapping out sweaters for t-shirts, opening the windows, and letting fresh air sweep through my space. There’s something so freeing about diving into the areas of my home—and my life—that feel stagnant. Decluttering isn’t just about making space; it’s about releasing what no longer serves me so I can step fully into the present and create room for the future.

Spring is nature’s way of reminding us to renew, refresh, and embrace change. Take a walk outside and feel the warmth of the sun on your face. Breathe in the scent of new blossoms. Listen to the rustling of fresh leaves. Just as the world around us is transforming, we, too, can invite that renewal into our own spaces and lives.

Start small: a single drawer, a shelf, a corner of a room. Clear out the clutter, shake up the energy, and notice how much lighter you feel. With every item you let go of, you make space for more clarity and focus.

Now's the time to take on your own springtime energetic shakeup. Imagine what new possibilities will bloom when you do!

Lastly, I invite you to check out the most recent episode of the Everyday Yellow podcast, hosted by Charisse Williams, where Charisse and I explore the power of finding joy by living with less. I hope it inspires you to consider how letting go can positively impact your mental and emotional health. Listen to the Everyday Yellow podcast on Spotify, Amazon, or Apple.

As always, I’m grateful for your love and support.
