How do you feel?

One question I often ask my clients when sorting and purging their clothing is, "how do you feel when you wear this?" Their initial reaction is usually a good indicator of their feelings about the item.

How you feel in your clothing directly affects how you feel about yourself and, indirectly, how you may feel throughout the day. Additionally, your clothing plays a big role in how you project yourself to others.

Love how the outfit looks? You probably feel more confident, sassy, self-assured, and beautiful when wearing it.

Awkward fit? You may feel uncomfortable and self-conscious.

When sorting through your clothes, please keep only the items that make you feel confident, sassy, self-assured, and beautiful.

Your self-esteem will thank you for it.
