Daydreaming

Do you remember as a child lying in the grass without a care in the world as you watched the clouds float by?

Sounds like pure bliss, doesn't it?

I challenge you to consider taking just 15 minutes each day to do absolutely nothing except daydream or meditate. Fifteen minutes to be quiet, take deep breaths, and enjoy the silence.

No phone, no apps, no social media, no texting, no internet. Just you and your breath.

As you create and build this habit, those moments of stillness and just being will help to keep you calm throughout the day, especially if you're feeling stressed or overwhelmed.

Taking time for yourself isn't indulgent or selfish, it's self-care.
